To ensure the safety of our patients, community, and team members, the Main Lab and Patient Service Centers will open according to the following schedule:
Main Lab (Lake Street) will open at 10:00 am
Lake Charles Patient Service Center will open at 10:00 am
Sulphur Patient Service Center will open at 12:00 pm
Moss Bluff Patient Service Center will remain closed
